{"id":19,"date":"2026-10-28T15:52:07","date_gmt":"2026-10-28T15:52:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lenterahikmah.com\/?p=19"},"modified":"2026-10-28T15:52:07","modified_gmt":"2026-10-28T15:52:07","slug":"perda-pesantren-limapuluh-kota-masuki-tahap-lanjutan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lenterahikmah.com\/index.php\/2026\/10\/28\/perda-pesantren-limapuluh-kota-masuki-tahap-lanjutan\/","title":{"rendered":"Perda Pesantren Limapuluh Kota Masuki Tahap Lanjutan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"x12ofw9d\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>LIMAPULUH KOTA<\/strong> \u2014 Dukungan terhadap pendidikan pesantren dan diniyah di Kabupaten Limapuluh Kota memasuki tahapan penting setelah seluruh fraksi DPRD menyepakati rancangan peraturan daerah terkait fasilitasi penyelenggaraan kedua jenis pendidikan tersebut.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x12ofw9d\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kesepakatan itu disampaikan dalam rapat paripurna DPRD pada 26 Oktober 2026 dan diberitakan ANTARA Sumatera Barat pada 28 Oktober 2026. Rapat dipimpin Ketua DPRD Doni Ikhlas bersama jajaran pimpinan dewan dan dihadiri Wakil Bupati Ahlul Badrito Resha beserta sejumlah pejabat daerah.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x12ofw9d\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Persetujuan seluruh fraksi menjadi langkah politik bagi penyelesaian rancangan regulasi tersebut. Meski demikian, prosesnya masih memerlukan finalisasi bersama instansi terkait dan evaluasi pemerintah provinsi sebelum dapat diundangkan.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x12ofw9d\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ketua DPRD Doni Ikhlas bersama Wakil Bupati Ahlul Badrito Resha menyampaikan bahwa setelah kesepakatan fraksi, rancangan akan memasuki tahap lanjutan. Mereka menjelaskan, \u201cSetelah disepakati semua fraksi, Ranperda yang merupakan inisitif DPRD ini, tentu akan memasuki tahap finalisasi akhir, dengan Kanwil Kemenkum HAM Sumbar dan evaluasi dengan Pemprov Sumbar. Setelah itu, diundangkan menjadi produk hukum daerah.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"x12ofw9d\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Keberadaan regulasi daerah diharapkan dapat memperjelas kerangka fasilitasi bagi pesantren dan pendidikan diniyah.
